About Faucet
Q: Which faucets swivel 360 degrees?
+
A: Most of our semi-professional faucets have a swivel range of 360 degrees, while many non-semi-pro faucet models have a swivel range of 100 - 190 degrees. Please check the faucet specifications on the faucet product page to find the exact swivel range for the model you're interested in.
Q: What's the difference between Chrome, Stainless Steel, Stainless Finish & Classic Steel?
+
A: Our metal faucet finishes may have slight differences in color, shine, and texture. To ensure a successful mix and match of your faucets and soap dispensers, please choose products with matching finishes.

Q: What should I look for when purchasing a faucet?
+
A: When buying a faucet, it's important to take into account factors such as quality, features, and style. Jabra Sanitary faucets offer an ideal blend of these three aspects!
Quality:
The Jabra Sanitary one-piece cartridge construction eliminates the need for washers or springs, which are the most common causes of leaks. This self-contained assembly has fewer parts, ensuring greater reliability and worry-free performance year after year.
Jabra Sanitary Ceramic Disc Design - This innovative ceramic disc design ensures long-lasting performance for many generations. The use of European ceramic disc cartridge technology enables smooth operation even in challenging water conditions.
Jabra Sanitary cartridge ensures a consistently smooth handle feel throughout the lifespan of the faucet. Whether you're turning it on or off, the faucet will always provide a fresh and reliable experience. The smooth handle movement allows for precise control, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature balance to your preference.

Q: Is your faucet easy to clean?
+
Yes, Jabra Sanitary faucets are typically effortless to clean and maintain. Our faucets boast high-quality finishes that effectively repel dirt and grime, ensuring minimal upkeep with basic cleaning solutions.
Please follow these straightforward steps:
1. Begin by using a gentle, clean cloth, along with water and mild dish soap, to effectively eliminate any water marks or dirt. It is important to ensure that the soap you use does not contain any abrasive or acidic ingredients.
2. Afterward, thoroughly rinse the faucet to completely remove any traces of soap residue.
3. Lastly, make sure to meticulously dry the faucet using a soft, clean cloth that is free from lint.
Q: Is it necessary to flush the water lines at the kitchen sink before installing the new Jabra Sanitary faucet?
+
A: Yes. No matter the age or brand of your home or faucet, it's always a good idea to flush the lines. This helps prevent sediment from clogging the faucet and causing issues like poor performance or leakage.
Q: Is there an adjustment that I can make to my faucet to increase the flow of the water?
+
A: In 1992, the federal government enacted the Energy Policy Act. This legislation imposed stringent regulations on flow rates. All manufacturers are required to comply with these standards and no modifications are permitted.
In certain instances, you may experience a water flow rate that is lower than the maximum allowable limit. Typically, this is caused by low water pressure, a plumbing or faucet obstruction, or a malfunctioning faucet.
WaterSense is a program supported by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to encourage water efficiency (similar to the EPA's Energy Star program). A product labeled with WaterSense shows that it meets the EPA's criteria for water efficiency and performance, helping you to conserve water in your home.
Our shower heads are equipped with a pressure-compensating flow regulator, which effectively optimizes water flow based on the available water quantity. It is important to note that removing this regulator will result in a decrease in performance.
Q: What material is used in Jabra Sanitary faucet?
+
Jabra Sanitary faucets are typically made from a combination of high-quality materials to ensure durability and a sleek appearance.
The main body of the faucet is usually made from brass for its excellent corrosion resistance and longevity. The surface is often coated with chrome to provide a shiny, reflective finish that is also easy to clean.
Additionally, some components or specific models may include stainless steel parts, particularly in areas where enhanced strength and resistance to tarnishing are required.
Q: What are the dimensions of my faucet?
+
A: Our website lets you view the detailed product dimension sheet under the "Specs & Parameters" tab on each product listing.
Q: My exposed installation faucet is leaking at the connections. What's causing it?
+
A: Before installing the faucet, make sure that the S-connections for accommodating different dimensions are installed properly and that the recommended installation dimensions are followed. It is important to use the original seals provided. If any seals are damaged, they should be replaced if needed.
Q: Does the control ball have to be replaced when the mixer ball system is serviced?
+
A: The stainless steel control ball doesn't need to be replaced. Any deposits can be easily removed from the control ball using a synthetic cleaning cloth, for example.
Q: How do I install my faucet?
+
A: Detailed installation instructions are included in each box.
About Bathtub
Q: What are Bathtubs Made of?
+
A: Bathtubs are constructed using various materials which impact their price, longevity, and upkeep. For those with a limited budget, there are cost-effective options available, such as bathtubs made of ceramics or plastics like fiberglass.
These materials are reasonably priced, fairly long-lasting, and offer good heat retention. Keep in mind, though, that they have a slight porousness and may require extra effort during cleaning.
Q: After use, how should the bathtub be cleaned and disinfected?
+
A: To minimize the risk of bathtub contamination, make sure to clean and disinfect it thoroughly after each bathing procedure.
After each use, it is recommended to clean and disinfect the bathtub using a germicidal wipe, following the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Before implementing this practice, facilities may consider conducting a risk assessment to identify the most suitable locations for placing the germicidal wipes within the resident care areas.
It is not possible to provide a recommendation on using soap and water to clean/disinfect the bathtub because different soap products (such as antibacterial vs. regular, liquid vs. bar) are designed for use on the skin, not on the bathtub.
Q: How often should the bathtub be changed?
+
A: Some bathtubs can last many decades, you should consider replacing your bathtub every 10 to 30 years depending on its material, condition, and whether it meets your current needs. Regular maintenance and prompt repairs can extend the life of your bathtub.
Q: What should I do if my bathtub has developed small cracks on the surface?
+
A: If your bathtub has developed small cracks, it's important to address them quickly to prevent further damage. For minor surface cracks, you can use a bathtub repair kit, which typically includes filler material and touch-up paint, to seal the cracks and restore the surface.
If the cracks are deeper or widespread, it's best to consult a professional for assessment. In some cases, it might be more cost-effective to replace the bathtub if the damage is extensive or if the tub is older and prone to further issues.
Q: Can we modify the shape?
+

About Shower Column
Q: Are tools required to install the shower head?
+
A: We suggest installing the shower head by hand initially and then completing the tightening using an open-end or adjustable wrench (avoid using a pipe wrench, pliers, or channel locks).
A half or full turn with the wrench should be sufficient. It is important not to overtighten as this could potentially cause damage to the shower head.
Q: Does the shower head work with hard water and/or water with a high mineral content?
+
A: Absolutely. Jabra Sanitary will not get clogged due to mineral deposits from hard water or minerals like sand particles in the water. Just like any other object that comes into contact with hard water, there may be a build-up of minerals at the end of the shower head.
This is a minor cosmetic concern. Your shower head will not become clogged as a result of this. If it is important to you, you can prevent it by gently drying the shower head with your towel after you shower.
Q: Does the shower head work at low pressure?
+
A: Yes. Our shower heads are designed to perform efficiently even under low-pressure conditions. This is achieved through the use of a self-regulating diaphragm, which effectively controls water pressure and ensures that it does not exceed the desired level.
With this feature, our shower heads maintain a consistent flow rate ranging from 30 psi to 80 psi.
If your shower head has a water pressure between 10 psi and 25 psi, please inform us, and we will install a special diaphragm to ensure the desired flow rate.
High Sierra shower heads and accessories come with rubber seals that effectively prevent leaks. You won't need to use Teflon tape when installing our shower heads.
Q: Why there is no water flowing from the shower head?
+
A: If there is no water flowing from the shower head, it could be due to several reasons:
Insufficient water flow after installation is typically caused by a washer that has been left in the shower pipe from a previous shower;
Remove the shower head. Use a pencil or similar object to check the shower pipe for any stuck washers. Turn on the water to confirm that it is flowing.
Please ensure that the white filter screen is securely placed in the pivot ball and that there is only one black washer placed over the filter screen.
Some showerhead models feature a vacuum breaker in the hose. This mechanism prevents water from flowing back into the water source. If the hose is installed incorrectly, it will result in no water flow.
The vacuum breaker end of the hose should be installed closest to the water supply.
Q: How and where are floor drains installed?
+
A: It is important to install floor drains at the lowest points of the areas that need to be drained. The top of the drain should be set flush with the finished floor for a seamless look.
Additionally, make sure that the drains are easily accessible for maintenance purposes. When installing drains on floors above ground level, it is recommended to use a drain with a flashing flange.
This will allow for the attachment of a waterproof membrane to the drain.
Q: Is a backflow prevention device available for a floor drain after it has been installed?
+
A: Yes, you can use a compression seal-type backflow prevention device without making any modifications to the drain itself.
